A Savings account--your share of ownership--is the basic account required for membership at HealthCare Associates Credit Union, and it opens the door to a wealth of value-added products and services.
- A minimum deposit of $5 establishes your membership in HealthCare Associates
- Balances greater than $100 earn interest
- Maintain $100 in your share savings or open a qualifying account such as a money market, super money market, CD, IRA, credit card or any type of loan to avoid a monthly minimum balance fee
You’re free to make deposits and withdrawals anytime and access your account through thousands of ATMs and national shared branches, home banking, mobile branch, or by phone.

Savings:
Funds are insured up to $500,000. Funds are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). An additional $250,000 is insured by Excess Share Insurance (ESI), a subsidiary of American Share Insurance, the nation's largest private deposit insurer for credit unions.
